Hi, I’m Marsel… yes, with an “s”.

I enjoy learning new things and testing ideas in practice. This is where I share what I’m creating, what I’m trying and what has caught my interest along the way, from online and offline projects to running and books.

A little about me

I rarely work on just one thing at a time. I’m drawn to technology, entrepreneurship and the way people make decisions. I take ideas and turn them into something I can launch and test in the real world, following the “fail fast” principle. I want to find out quickly what works and what needs to change. Here you’ll find a record of past projects, those in progress and those I’m still planning.

I’m developing TwójUniwersytet.pl, a resource for comparing degree programmes and universities in Poland. The next step is to keep verifying the data and test whether the product genuinely helps people make a choice. I’m preparing a new marsellewoczko.com as a portfolio of my projects and experience.

TwójUniwersytet.pl

A project for people choosing a degree programme in Poland who want relevant information gathered in one place. TwójUniwersytet.pl brings together information about universities and degree programmes, allowing users to search, filter and compare options. Its aim is to help people move from browsing many possibilities to a shorter list worth exploring further. My role: originator of the project, developing the product, its content and the way data is presented.

Progress: An MVP with a database and browsing tools exists. Its impact on users’ decisions has not yet been established with publishable results.

A place of my own online

A new version of marsellewoczko.com. A personal site bringing digital projects, offline initiatives and videos into one story.

Progress: The first Polish and English version is taking shape. Publishing and switching the domain are still ahead.
